New pictures of Harrison!

Well, I got the urge yesterday to take some professional pictures of Harrison! For those that don't know, I'm a professional photographer, and more specifically, I specialize in newborns and haven't even had the chance to do much with my very own little model! My website is http://www.devynnbohnphotography.com it really needs to be updated, but I just haven't had time (imagine that!). Anyway, I thought I'd share some pictures from yesterday!

Too cute, dev! I'm gonna have to come up there just so you can do my kids' pics.

Harrison is simply gorgeous, but of course, with your genes, huh?

He is huge!
What designations do you have as a photographer? I thought you just took a class and it was a hobby, not a professional.

According to all of my teachers I was wasting my time in school and I should be out there making money. My most respected teacher told me that a degree/diploma in photography isn't necessary to be a professional. Once you have a clientel (sp?) and are charging and have a name out there...you are a professional (in this field) I know in my other job I have to have designations and everything to be a professional. I know people that have their diploma in photography and couldn't get work because their work wasn't what the public wanted. So, I consider myself a professional. It is a hobby for me when I'm out doing my own photography, but it is a business for me. I do more business photography than hobby photography right now. My designation is my portfolio.
